ADHD Assessment
Structured Clinical ADHD Evaluation with Advanced Screening Tests
Service Description
A structured clinical evaluation designed to identify Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder in adults, including subtle, high-functioning and complex presentations. Your assessment begins with completion of validated screening tools. Results from your inventory analysis are reviewed in advance and used to shape an in-depth 60–90 minute pre-assessment interview with a Clinical Researcher. Findings are then cross-correlated by the clinical team before your formal 60 minute assessment with a Consultant Psychiatrist and a clinical researcher. The service is suitable for: - Individuals experiencing longstanding difficulties with attention, focus, organisation or impulsivity - High-functioning adults whose symptoms may have been overlooked or masked - Individuals seeking diagnostic clarity following previous uncertainty or misdiagnosis - Those exploring ADHD within a broader neurodevelopmental context Your assessment includes: - Review and analysis of completed screening questionnaires - Structured clinical interview exploring symptoms, history and functioning - Assessment of attention, executive functioning and behavioural regulation - Exploration of developmental history and real-world impact across daily life Our approach is designed to identify both typical and more nuanced presentations of ADHD, including individuals who may have developed strong compensatory strategies over time. ADHD and autism frequently overlap, and broader neurodevelopmental traits are routinely considered throughout the assessment process. Where a more in-depth autism evaluation is clinically indicated, a separate autism assessment may be recommended. Following your ADHD assessment, you will receive: - A clear diagnostic outcome where appropriate - Clinical explanation and feedback - Recommendations for support, treatment or next steps - A detailed written report within approximately 10 days The ADHD assessment forms part of Corteqa’s broader research-informed clinical framework, designed to support ongoing understanding and management of neurodevelopmental conditions.
