3. Clinical Assessment & Reports
- All assessments are based on clinical judgement and the information provided during the consultation.
- A diagnosis will only be made where clinically appropriate.
- Reports reflect findings at the time of assessment.
- Reports may not be accepted by all third parties, including the NHS, schools, or employers.
4. Remote Consultation
- Assessments are conducted via secure video consultation.
- You acknowledge that remote consultations may have limitations compared to in-person assessments.
- You are responsible for ensuring a suitable private environment and stable internet connection.
5. Patient Responsibilities
You agree to:

6. Fees & Payment
- Full payment is required prior to the consultation.
- Sessions will not proceed without confirmed payment.

7. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations with at least 48 hours’ notice may be eligible for a partial refund.
- Late cancellations or missed appointments are non-refundable.
- Once the assessment has commenced, no refunds are available.
8. Recording of Sessions
- Sessions may only be recorded where explicit consent is provided.
- Recordings are used for clinical documentation and report preparation.
- You may withdraw consent at any time prior to or during the session.
9. Research & Data Use (Optional)
Where explicit consent is provided:
- Anonymised data may be used for research, service development, and AI-supported analysis.
